- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Use of services constitutes agreement to all terms. - SERVICES
Facility provides RV parking with utility hookups and storage-related services. - PAYMENT & LATE FEES
Rent is due in advance. Late fees may be assessed after due date. Continued non-payment
constitutes default. - DEFAULT & ACCESS RESTRICTION
Accounts in default may have gate access immediately suspended without notice. Access restored
only after full payment. - AUTOPAY AUTHORIZATION
By enrolling, customer authorizes recurring charges. Customer is responsible for maintaining valid
payment information. - GATE ACCESS & SECURITY
24-hour access is provided via individualized code. Customer assumes responsibility for all activity
under their code. Sharing codes is prohibited. - USE RESTRICTIONS
No illegal, hazardous, flammable, or environmentally harmful materials allowed. - LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Company is not liable for loss, theft, fire, water, weather damage, utility failure, or acts of God. - INSURANCE
Customer assumes all risk and is strongly advised to carry insurance. Company provides no
coverage. - INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless from claims arising from use of facility. - TEXAS SELF-STORAGE LIEN LAW
Pursuant to Texas Property Code Chapter 59:
Company has a statutory lien on stored property for unpaid charges.
NOTICE:
Notice of claim will be sent via verified mail to last known address and may include electronic notice
where permitted.
ENFORCEMENT:
If charges remain unpaid, property may be denied access, seized, and sold at public auction.
AUCTION PROCESS:
Property will be advertised and sold in accordance with Texas law. Proceeds applied to outstanding
balance; surplus handled per statute. - FORCE MAJEURE
Company is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond control. - MODIFICATIONS
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. - GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
