All payments are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated.
Billing Errors:
Verified billing errors will be corrected and refunded.
Early Termination:
Partial refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued solely at management discretion. Any
approved refund will be prorated and may include administrative deductions.
Non-Refundable Items:
Late fees, penalties, lockout fees, administrative fees, and unused rental time are non-refundable.
Chargebacks:
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection actions.
All determinations are made at sole discretion of management.
